Normally when an artist says about their forthcoming album that "there truly is something for everyone to enjoy on the record," as Christina Aguilera has said about this release, it signals that the album's going to be a hodgepodge of piecemeal, awkward styles and themes. Perhaps fortunately, that quote was preceded by Aguilera revealing that she's working with Sia, Ladytron, Santigold, and M.I.A. on her new album. Hopefully, when Aguilera said "everyone," she just meant "people who like good music."
