Abstract

One of the best self-promoters in rap, Chamillionaire's third major label release, Venom,  follows a string of four official mixtapes including three new entries in his ongoing Mixtape Messiah series. For the release of Venom the self-proclaimed "Best Rapper Alive" surrounded himself with a hearty supporting cast of talent with guests such as Ludacris and Good Charlotte contributing to tracks. Also included on the album is a collaboration between Chamillionaire and Pimp C cast over an unreleased track that the late MC produced and recorded.

question, why would you think chamillionaire wrote the full song "Creepin", when that would clearly be a slap in the face to Luda to have him read the verse... its not like its a chorus for T.Pain//Akon (Thats what they do... not hatin cause they're good at what they do.. but, yea.. you get it)

Ludacris is known as a rapper.
he would take that as a very big insult for someone to write a verse for him..
and he's not like wayne, where he'll just do any song for money..lol

I have to agree with Jeffro on his list. I hate these lists honestly. But smartchoice with throwing Andre and ZRo. Damn Pimp T there is music outside Texas. Everyone has there own favs but when it comes to whats really good have to get past your own personal choices.

jeffro 4 sho knows whats up. The only change i would make is swap wayne and lupe, just cause lil waynes put out too much crappy material, by far more than any other rapper of his caliber in history, and i just think its kinda dumb on his part, its one of the main reasons his reputation is hurt. I am confused, most people are speaking about lyricist but some people keep listing off people that rap to sick beats. FIrst off, most rappers dont produce their beats.
Eminem is good when he is serious, other than that he is garbage. Lil wayne was ok on the carter 1 now he blows.
If you want to speak about sicc lyricist, Lets bring up the old beat nuts, or Killah army, Gza, Ghostface, ( im trying to keep it somewhat commercial for you guys, cause i can tell alot of you are radio allstars) Cham is good, one of my favs, but not the best. Andre 3000 is just about untouchable. Tupac was a poet that flowed perfectly with his music, he matched the intensity of his music with his lyrics and energy. Busta does the exact same. Fabulous was.......well he fell off, same with canibus but yes they were both sicc. Ill even throw out Zack de la rocha...none of you know him because he aint thug. Just think rage against the machine.....yes he raps, and is really good at it. Might be too intelligent for you all and i know its the wrong genre. Honestly with all of the different styles, its truly hard to say who is the best over all, but there are alot of great artists :) i forgot alot of people but oh well. oh BTW, 50 blows kid cudi, and d12 SUCK!
