Animal Collective ODDSAC [DVD]

DVD release of Animal Collective's four years in the making experimental film/"visual album" produced in collaboration with director Danny Perez. The film premiered at Sundance in March 2010 and then toured North America. The soundtrack was created exclusively for the film and will not be released separately from the DVD. The sound is noisier and more experimental than Animal Collective's poppier recent material, while the film is influenced by everything from classic horror films to Richard Kern's experimental cinema.
