I've always asserted the following quick, mathematical critique regarding Brookyln's two rising drugged-out rock bands: Amazing Baby > MGMT. Let the haterade flow. After their promising 2008 homemade EP, Infinite Fucking Cross, Baby’s songwriting pair of Will Roan and Simon O’Connor return with debut album Rewild (read: “undomesticated and uncivilized”). It's produced by the quintet and their engineer Claudius Mittendorfer, with additional production prowess by John Hill (Santigold). The 47-minute T. Rex-like acid trip also features retouched EP tracks like The Narwhal,” and “Pump Yr Brakes."
