Alias Fever Dream

Fever Dream may be Alias' first solo album since 2008's Resurgam, but the Anticon co-founder has definitely found ways to stay busy in the interim: having a son, producing last year's B. Dolan album, and moving back to his hometown of Portland, Maine. An entirely instrumental affair, Fever Dream is said to focus more on Alias' psych interests, while still remaining primarily beat-driven. First single "Wanna Let It Go" illustrates these points, with its spacey synths, vocal snippets, and pounding bass drums.
