For his long-in-the-works sophomore album, California-based rapper 40 Glocc chose to throw his fans a curve ball as it is technically credited to his other stage name, Big Bad 40. N.W.A. (New World Agenda) is the culmination of his work in the studio since his 2003 debut, The Jakal. Well, sort of, as he also dropped more than a handful of mixtapes during that time. But N.W.A. is his official second effort. And it features guests such as Ray J and Cashis with beats supplied by Mobb Deep's Havoc and others close to the sometimes-controversial West Coast rapper.
