First there was crazy "Naked Man' who Ted invited on stage for "Bottle of Buckie" (and was kicked off stage during the middle of it).
Then, for the last song during the encore, a cover of Rappaport's Testament's "I Never Gave Up", The Gang and a couple different people from the crowd came on stage. Ted Leo's brother (Danny, I believe) joined them as well.
