Great pics! These are the first I've seen to capture the Thurston freakout during "Silver Rocket." Really nice show overall - great crowd and energy, rare at most NYC shows.

Thanks! Sonic Youth were great, seeing Thurston Moore beat his guitar with a microphone stand while flipping some speakers on stage was quite stellar. Dinosaur Jr. were amazing as well, I'm surprised J Mascis isn't deaf by now. He was wearing a Fender t-shirt by the way.

Thanks! Yeah unfortunately it was three songs per band. The lighting wasn't too great, it was mostly from the back which left their faces in darkness. As you know, you do what you can when you have only a few minutes!
