I love the Liars shots. I think when I saw them open for Interpol in Minneapolis, it was the best concert I've ever seen. Angus was like a manic street preacher and was wearing a white suit jacket. I don't think he actually played anything, he just walked around the stage yelling the vocals, and kept promising the band had only one more song left, which he did like 5 times. It was awesome. |

The Liars seriously rule. The addition of an extra guitar player was wise, it allows Angus to indulge in his gothic scarecrow to the fullest. The show is some no wave meets nick cave sh_t. some deep goth tribal noise. Some fiery 21st-century Brechtian acid cabaret. They can beat up any other band. Being drunk and seeing the liars play for free in the sun is cool. |

Thanks Daba. Liars killed it. In the end, it's a shame the rest of the band was set up so far back on the stage. I'm too short to see them from the pit! |
