Awesome photos Chris. I saw them the night before at the Garden and thought they were excellent.

Thanks Bryan. Shooting at Radio City is a mixed blessing. Amazing artists perform there, but there is no photo pit so you're forced to shoot from a stationary, kneeling position in the isles. I would have liked to have covered the MSG show, but I had friends in town that night.

How does this guy look himself in the mirror? Great photos, though.

Nice pictures - I felt bad for the photographers that night.... I was watching you guys shoot from the Mezz. I saw how cramped and closed in you were. I was anxious to see your shots knowing what kind of conditions you were shooting in! I was at MSG too!!!! There were NO photographers! That place was crazy - video cameras everywhere for Fuse! Wow!
Nice pics, though. I documented the show from the Mezzanine! Not so nice! lol

Thanks Simon. That's a good question. But for what it's worth, he still looks a nd sounds a lot better than Alice Cooper. =-)

No photographers at MSG? That's surprising. At Radio City they really pack you into the isles. Since everyone is stacked in there, you better pray that the short people are in front. How was the rest of the show? (I got kicked out of the venue after my 3).

Great job in capturing the colors Chris!! Your photos look beautiful : )

Yeah I was shocked there were no photographers at MSG too. There was one guy for the first boring band. But no one for the Cure. I saw people in the crowd with DSLR and wondered how they got them into the venue. It was nice to have the night off for a change, be a normie and enjoy the show. :)

Bryan: It's actually fairly easy to sneak a DSLR into a venue if you know what you're doing. When I don't have a photo pass, I'll pull the lens off and give it to a friend. I've also done a little bag surgery, so I have a hidden pocket for my camera.

Margarita:Thanks chica!
Bryan: Crumpler actually used to make a bag with a hidden compartment at the bottom similar to what Desi is saying.

Actually, I quite like it. I chose the side closest to him specifically to get shots of the new look.

Chris - the rest of the show was fantastic! Probably the best of the tour. I understand you with the tight fit at the RCMH show! I really felt for you! Yeah, Fuse aired the show that night at 11pm, so they were filming the whole night - vid cameras everywhere!!!!
I agree with you about Porl - I love photographing him. He has a nice style!
