To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the house that Horn built (Trevor, that is), ZTT Records is getting a box set for Christmas (well, for Thanksgiving really, but that doesn't mean much across the pond). The label that became synonymous with Art Of Noise mastermind Trevor Horn's larger-than-life production is feted with an appropriately lavish box that includes three CDs, a DVD, and an elaborate, 72-page book. In addition to the usual suspects, like Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Seal, and Art Of Noise themselves, Zang Tumb Tuum: The ZTT Box Set contains cuts by everyone from Afrika Bambaataa to Shane McGowan, underlining the fact that the label's roster and history may be more varied than the casual observer assumes. Union Square/Salvo is set to unleash Zang Tumb Tuum on November 17.
