Nika Roza Danilova, aka Zola Jesus, will release her first full-length album since 2009's The Spoils this fall when she drops Conatus. It's not like she hasn't churned out material in the meantime -- she released a pair of excellent EPs, Stridulum and Valusia, last year. She's also been touring a lot, which she'll continue to do in October to coincide with the release of Conatus. Danilova will cover a fair amount of the U.S. with a few Canadian gigs thrown into the mix. No word yet on the opener so be sure to keep up with your local venue.
Conatus drops Oct. 4 on Sacred Bones. You can view the tour dates and stream "Vessel" below.
