The man behind the funny motorcycle handlebar dance, Yung Joc skipped out on his arraignment on Wednesday for a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon.

Joc, was accused of attempting to take a loaded semi-automatic gun onto a Delta Air Lines flight Sunday and was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, police said.

 

Cuyahoga County assistant prosecutor Gayle Williams said Robinson is considered a fugitive and she planned to request a warrant for him. 

Joc's attorney stated his client is innocent and was out of town due to personal and family obligations. In other words it's the holidays and that is the time for family not being stuck in court over some weapons charge. [NY Daily News]
