A bunch of YouTube singers--57 to be exact--got together to record a webcam version of "We Are the World" because they likely have nothing better to do and because if there's one thing this country loves, it's covers of songs that suck by people they don't know who can sing adequately. I love that the "cause" is never explained. To unite the Nation of YouTube Laffs, probably. [Videogum]
Poor article---the "cause" for the video, obviously, is Haiti earthquake relief. Why do you say the singers "have nothing better to do?" They're helping. This "article" does not.
