Young Buck Recording Mixtape For Maybach Music Group

It’s been a few months since we’ve heard from former G-Unit rapper Young Buck. In a recent interview, the Nashville, TN native offered up his “reality rap” at a time when hip hop is, according to him, “watered down.” He said, “We got all kinds of other music that’s out there, and it’s cool, but don’t you ever try to wipe the real out.” So, in order for Buck to bring back the real and pure hip hop to fans, he’s apparently recording a mixtape for Rick Ross‘ Warner Bros. imprint, Maybach Music Group. He didn’t elaborate on the project, but a close relationship with Ross could possibly mean a second wind for the Straight Outta Cashville rapper. You can check out the interview below. [RealTalkNY]
