The most recent recorded output from the members of Yeasayer was on the recent Bat for Lashes record, Two Suns, and the Dark Was the Night benefit album. The band members have also been busy working on the follow-up to their acclaimed debut album, and have been keeping this intriguing blog about the recording process in upstate New York.

The band has already announced appearances at the Bonnaroo festival on June 13 and the Pitchfork Festival on July 18. Now a full Yeasayer tour is scheduled, which will conclude with a big free outdoor show at Pier 54 in New York on August 13. No release date has yet been set for the album.
