I was only off by 13,000, but that was not good enough to win the contest predicting sales of NIN's Year Zero. In its debut week, Trent Reznor and company moved an impressive 187,000 units good enough for #2. Prefix staffer Mike Krolak and his incredibly lucky guess of 189,000 units was the closest and nets him the $20 Amazon Gift Certificate.
Damn, I was close, but not close enough. 189,000 is a pretty good # for a NIN record's first week of sales.
