Yeah Yeah Yeahs Replace Beastie Boys at Austin City Limits

Yeah Yeah Yeahs have been announced as the headliner replacement at Austin City Limits for the Beastie Boys, who had to drop out due to MCA coming down with cancer. Karen O and company replaced the Beasties at Lollapalooza, and since they did a bang-up job there, C3 Presents (the company that organizes both festivals) invited them to do the same in Austin.

Austin City Limits goes down on Oct. 2-Oct 4. and is already sold-out.
