Xiu Xiu's Jamie Stewart Is in New Band, Former Ghosts
It's hard to imagine Jamie Stewart in a project where his manic, pained expressions don't dominate creatively but that looks to be the case with his new project. The Xiu Xiu frontman will team up with Freddy Rupert and Nika Roza of Zola Jesus to form the trio VR Troopers . JK, the project's called Former Ghosts and is working on their debut LP, to be released on Upset the Rhythm sometime this year.
