At New York’s Irving Plaza last night, Wu-Tang reunited onstage for the first time since August 2007 and the release of 8Diagrams. It may be that the eight-man clan has squashed all the internal beef, bucking rumors that the group was going to dismantle. Problems arose over creative differences and royalty issues between RZA and other members, namely Ghostface and Raekwon. But the RZA is involved in Raekwon’s highly anticipated Only Built for Cuban Linx Part 2 (with the help of Dr. Dre ), set to drop later this year, as well as other projects by GZA and Method Man.
