Wiz Khalifa Responds To “Black & Yellow” Lawsuit

Less than 24 hours later, Wiz Khalifa’s team has responded to a $2 million lawsuit claiming that he stole the concept for his smash single, “Black & Yellow.” The suit was filed by an unknown songwriter, Max Gregory Warren, of Sharon, Pa., who says that Khalifa and producers Stargate jacked the idea from his tune called “Pink & Yellow.” Warren is seeking damages, but Khalifa’s team told TMZ that he has never even heard of the guy. “[I]t’s just a plot that happens all the the time to rappers to get money. This is just some no-name rapper who wants to get paid.” Yeah, that sounds about right. [HHDX]
