A spokesperson for singer Amy Winehouse says that she does not have emphysema, despite the statement released by her father, Mitch Winehouse, yesterday. The spokesperson went on to say that the diagnosis was in fact not serious, but that Winehouse had been told that she had early signs that could lead to her suffering lung disease in the future.
