Win Butler Lists His 14 Favorite Springsteen Songs

It's been well documented that Arcade Fire are huge fans of the Boss, so it's no surprise that when Rolling Stone recently asked 50 artists to compile a variety of music lists Arcade Fire frontman Win Butler decided to list his 14 favorite Bruce Springsteen songs.

Butler's intro for the list: "This Bruce Springsteen list is a mix of his pop and not-pop songs. But I got into his albums in random order. I heard ‘Born in the U.S.A.’ on the radio when I was a kid. But it was after I moved to Montreal that I got into Bruce. It was the energy in Born To Run. Brendan Reed, who played drums in the original lineup of Arcade Fire, had that album. I’d heard Bruce’s music before, but I had never heard that record as a record."

Springsteen's Nebraska is by far the most represented, with 4 of the 14 tracks coming from that album, each making the top 5, but overall the choices are pretty diverse and span the majority of Bruce's career. Where the hell is "Racing In The Streets" though?
