Will.i.am Accused of Plagiarism in Total Non-Shocker

Will.i.am, alleged "mastermind" behind the Black Eyed Peas' insidious success, has been accused of plagiarism again, this time by FrankMusik, a producer who claims Will stole his "Yes or No" to make Cheryl Cole's "Boy Like You." They're both below for comparison. They certainly sound vaguely similar, but I can't see anyone being able to derail the Black Eyed Peas juggernaut, plagiarism or no.

If anyone should be possessive about anything it's Christine McVie. That's her song "Little Lies" they both sampled from Fleetwood Mac and murdered with that added boom trash. Hilarious.

they're both just aping Fleetwood Mac's "Little Lies". will.i.am though sounds like he's actually sampled the melody.

Both horrid. But I'm sure McVie got payed for each.

The intro sounds like it was lifted from "Tong Poo", an 80's electro tune of Yellow Magic Orchestra.
