Watch Prince Make An Appearance On The View (Video)
Here’s something you don’t see very often: Prince casually strolling out onto the set of a TV talk show, in this case The View, where he appeared briefly to promote his upcoming shows at Madison Square Garden. “These are strange hours for rock stars,” he said, and his whole spiel almost caused co-host Sherri Shepherd to pass out in lust. “I have wanted to make love to you for my whole life,” Shepherd said at one point, causing Prince to leave almost as quickly as he appeared. What makes this appearance especially strange is that Prince didn’t need to be there—ticket sales for the MSG shows have been brisk, so there was no real reason for him to turn up on The View. Perhaps he’s just a fan?
