Watch: Pitchfork's 'Documentocero' On Toro Y Moi
Toro y Moi's Chaz Bundick is a busy dude. In between touring and working on a brand-new EP called Freaking Out, he found time to speak with some folks at Pitchfork for a Documentocero. It's essentially a five-minute mini-documentary with Spanish subtitles that features Bundick speaking on his new approach to playing live, designing cover art, and where he's heading next musically. Apparently, he wants to try and combine the sounds of his debut, Causers of This, and sophomore record, Underneath The Pine, as he finds that to be the most natural step forward. There's also some pretty great live footage, too.
You can watch the documentary below. Freaking Out is due out Sept. 13 on Carpark.
