Their debut LP Oshin just dropped yesterday and already Brooklyn shoegaze outfit DIIV has been heralded across the board for their ability to carve spectacular melodies out of raw noise. Bandleader Zachary Cole Smith recently talked to MPLS.TV in Minneapolis about the recording process, finding bandmates, touring and why everything about the project is spelled wrong.
"It's way more of a multimedia experience than I expected," said Smith.
