
The schizophrenic, post-punk trio METZ just signed with iconic indie label, Sub Pop, and announced its debut self-titled LP is slated for an October 9 release. The Toronto-based wailers create high energy, disjointed music with melodies tucked neatly underneath a layer of sound. They are performing twice during this weekend's NXNE Festival in their hometown, followed by a handful of North American dates this summer.
To celebrate the album, the threesome and Sub Pop released a succint, 35 second long teaser video that features squealing guitar and undefinable images. Watch the clip and check out tour dates below.
