The Big 4 — Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, and Anthrax — made their way to Yankee Stadium last night and proceeded to cause tinnitus and melt faces for what was probably one hell of a show. And toward the end of the night when Metallica was performing their encore, they decided to call upon their peers and members of ’80s group Exodus to join them onstage. After a brief intro and some bullshitting from Metallica’s James Hetfield, the metalheads tear through a huge cover of Motörhead’s “Overkill.” One fan was able to get some pretty decent footage, though the sound does get blown-out at times. But it’s still intelligible and, as a result, more than headbang-friendly.
