Watch Jay-Z Perform "Public Service Announcement" At Carnegie Hall

Last month, Jay-Z took to none other than Carnegie Hall for a pair of special performance benefiting his Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation and the United Way of New York City. By virtually all accounts, Hov, backed by a 36-piece orchestra, absolutely tore the place down both nights, giving the audiences (most members of which paid at least $500 to attend) unforgettable performances. And fortunately, there's been a steady stream of clips from the shows ever since, the latest of which being official footage of Jay performing The Black Album standout "Public Service Announcement" at the first show.
