Jack White really can be everywhere all at once. Tomorrow (April 26) his Third Man records truck will be in New York City, dispensing free tickets to his show at Webster Hall on Friday. Last night, White was on Later with Jools Holland in the U.K., where he performed c ouple of Blunderbuss tracks—“Sixteen Saltines” and “Freedom at 21.” White’s in a typically ebullient mood here, ripping his way through “Saltines” before giving a more measured performance on “Freedom at 21." This is reaching back to some of the primal energy of the White Stripes, which is good to see after his stodge-rock years in the Raconteurs. Check out both clips below.
