Jack White made his biggest solo venture to date last night when he brought his tight live band with him to the Saturday Night Live stage. And as we all could have hoped, this allowed for another preview of what we'll all hear on his forthcoming solo debut, Blunderbuss, which drops later next month. This came by way of spirited straight-up rocker "Sixteen Saltines," which served as a great complement to mellow folk-blues lead single "Love Interruption." It's now clear that no one can really tell what Blunderbuss will sound like exactly, though doesn't that make it that much more exciting? Too bad the sound is rather weak for "Sixteen Saltines." Oh well, watch both performances below.
