Watch Hot Sugar Record Drums Under The Manhattan Bridge

    It’s always interesting when musicians take the recording process out of the studio. Cut Copy made a record in a warehouse in Melbourne, the Talking Heads album Fear of Music was recorded in a loft in Long Island City, and so many bands record in their own home that we now have the genre prefix “bedroom.” 
    One of our favorite producers Hot Sugar just released a video of some field recordings he made with J-Zone directly below the Manhattan bridge for the track “Addictions” off of his Moon Money EP.
