As promised, Drake made his Saturday Night Live debut last night and he didn't only serve as the musical guest for the episode. Along with performing two singles off his upcoming sophomore album Take Care -- "Headlines" and the brand-new "Make Me Proud" with Nicki Minaj -- he acted in a pair of sketches that were equally entertaining.
Particularly great was his and Jay Pharoah's appearance on Weekend Update, during which they explained how they are "teenage werewolves" who steal candy from kids. Or, as they rap in their impromptu song, they're "bag jackin'." The other sketch featured Drizzy being interviewed by Andy Samberg. This, too, is hilarious and absurd, as you might expect if you've been keeping up with Samberg's previous digital sketches.
You can watch the performances and sketches below. Take Care is due out Nov. 15.
