Watch: DJ Premier Learns About Classical Music
As we previously reported, the folks at Hyundai are curating a documentary, RE:GENERATION, that pairs up five DJs/producers with five groups across the genre spectrum to make new music. This includes some shudder-worthy moments, such as Skrillex working with members of the Doors, and some hell-yeah moments, too. The teaser below shows an example of latter, because you get to watch as DJ Premier learns about classical music. He's set to record a brand-new track with the Berklee School of Music Orchestra and Nas, which we're already kind of foaming at the mouth to hear. The resulting track will be available in early 2012.
