It’s been a bizarre European run thus far for Guns N Roses. First, Axl Rose had three gold-and-diamond necklaces worth $200,000 stolen at a private party after his band's show at Paris' Bercy Stadium earlier this month, which was subsequently returned. Then, during their gig at the O2 Arena in London was almost stopped after fans expressed their displeasure with the band by pelting them with coins and pint glasses.
As strange as those incidents were, the latest could be a sign that band should consider scrapping the rest of a thusfar ill-fated run. Headlining the French festival Hellfest this past weekend, Rose took a tumble during “Sweet Child ‘O Mine.” While making his way across the stage, the singer tripped and hit the ground face first.
