Spike Jonze’s film Scenes from the Suburbs is set to be packaged as part of the deluxe reissue of Arcade Fire’s The Suburbs in a little over a month. But you don’t have to wait that long, as the entire 30-minute film is streaming in full right now for a limited time over at mubi.com. There will still be plenty of reasons to purchase the new edition of the album—principally through the two unreleased tracks, “Culture War” and the David Byrne collaboration “Speaking in Tongues.” The synopsis for Jonze’s film says it “follows the narrator, living in a suburban dystopia, trying to piece together fragmented memories from when he was a teenager, and his experiences with his friends as they grow apart.” Check it out here.
