Warner Brothers Insists Keyboard Cat Play Himself Off Hall and Oates Video

Everybody loves Keyboard Cat, the ubiquitous feline who makes failure both ironic and adorable, but Warner Music found nothing to laugh about in his latest clip. Upon seeing the mash-up of the video for Hall and Oates' "You're Making My Dreams" and vintage footage of Helen Hunt in an after school special, the company decided that this did not constitute a valid use of the song and demanded its removal. YouTube, as it enjoys existing, quickly complied. The clip still exists at outposts on the Internet (see above). [The Daily Swarm]
