Wale’s The Mixtape About Nothing was a clever appropriation of Seinfeld’s trademark detachment; it twisted the decidedly un-hip-hop TV series into a catalyst for exploring race, rap music, and the culture of braggadocio.

The D.C. rapper is now readying a follow-up, scheduled for release this summer, and today, via Twitter, he announced its title: Attention Deficit. The album features production from Mark Ronson, Glitch Mob, and David Sitek, among others, so it’s safe to assume the musical element of The Mixtape About Nothing will be expanded upon significantly -- hopefully not at the expense of its humor and wit.
