My take on it:

Wale has the delivery of a hood nigga but the prose of a....lyrical wizard for lack of a better word.

Cudi on the other hand is pretty fuggin sick with the freestyles and his songs are easy to relate to BUT his delivery is like none other. Absolutely no one can be compared to Cudi in terms of his delivery. He does that weird fuggin sing along-rap in between sorta thing.

If it were to come down to it...I think wale would annihilate cudi simply because wale is traditional in his style and he's good at it. Can you imagine Cudi trying to sing song his way through a diss?
