Waka Flocka Flame's security team has pretty much been banned from entering the state of North Carolina following an incident last year involving gunfire. According to TMZ, the North Carolina Protective Services Board issued a cease and desist order that disallows any member of his entourage from engaging "in private or protective security services." Waka and his crew are exploring their legal options as the Atlanta rapper has concerts in the state soon.
The North Carolina board is trying to prevent another incident like the one that went down in Charlotte, N.C. on Feb. 16, 2011. On that day, two cars pulled up and opened fire on Waka's tour bus with his security team responding in kind. It resulted in two arrests.
