Vybz Kartel Faces Another Murder Charge

Earlier this month, Jamaican dancehall singer Vybz Kartelwas charged with, among other things, the murder of a 27-year-old Jamaican man, who was killed this past July. And exactly three weeks later, it's been revealed that Kartel is facing yet another murder charge. GoJamaica reports that detectives have arrested the singer and a man named Kiro Jones for the August murder of Clive "Lizard" Williams in St. Andrew.
