Voxtrot Quitting After Forthcoming Tour
Voxtrot were one of the first blog creations: They went from MP3 blogs to EPs to LPs to backlash to forgotten in a very short time earlier last decade. And now they're calling it quits: The band is going to be setting off on a tour they've dubbed "Goodbye Cruel World" after which the band will cease to exist. The dates are below (the four Voxtrot fans in the vicinity of Appleton, WI just shit themselves).
In a letter on the band's web site, lead singer Ramesh Srivastava ruminated on the band's breakup, ride on the hype cycle, and various other things. It's pretty interesting, all things considered. Go here to read it.
