Even though Timbaland said in a recent MTV interview that he didn't want to reveal too much about what he's been working on, he also made sure to drop a huge bombshell on us. Both he and Missy Elliott will be releasing solo albums this June, tentatively called Shock Value III and Block Party, respectively.
Right now, he said, they're focusing on preparing their videos, lead singles, and getting it all done at the same time. Per the interview: "We want to do it as a movement and spontaneously." Holy. Shit. If this is true, we'll be hearing Tim's first album since late 2009's Shock Value II and Missy's first since 2005's The Cookbook. Watch the interview below.
