This video really reminds me of the clip for Pavement's "Gold Soundz," or many a completely random Pavement vid for that matter. All it's missing is a flying cooked turkey. It also raises these questions:
1) Are James Mercer and Kevin Spacey the exact same person? Seriously, has anyone ever seen the two together in a room? If not, that's what I'm going with.
2) What happens to balloons when they're released up into the air? Do they burn up at a certain elevation? Fall back to earth as trash? Is this something we should be concerned about in our environmentally-conscious age?

The balloons reach a terminal altitude. If you live by the coast there's a danger of the balloons floating out to sea where they can cause choking for birds and sea mammals like seals and pacific bottle nosed dolphins.
