With Corin Tucker off the scene now that Sleater-Kinney is no more, I'm going to have to look for a new riot grrrl crush. I'm thinking it's going to end up being The Gossip's Beth Ditto. Beth does a lot in this video, in which she appears only in black and white while those around her party in color throughout slo-mo tracking shots. Beth oohs and coos, knits, dances on a couch, and noshes a pizza. Meanwhile, the track features one helluva groovy bassline and the best use of cowbell since LCD Soundsystem's "Daft Punk is Playing at My House."
