Please welcome to Prefix the new M.I.A. video for "Boyz." The song itself is a little weak, with the typical exotic awesomeness of her South Asian/Brazilian-style beats undercut somewhat by a couple annoying vocal samples. But it all comes together on the video, which has a visual aesthetic that borrows equally from the early days of MTV, Keith Haring's simple Day-Glo vision of New York, and extravagant Bollywood productions. "Boyz" appears on MIA's upcoming album Kala, due out in August on Interscope.
