Video: Mark Ronson feat. Amy Winehouse "Valerie"

Either this video was done this way simply because Amy Winehouse wasn't available (for obvious reasons), or it's a genius comment on the current expendability of fucked up pop princesses. I'm going to go with the first option, as I'm not sure I'm ready to label anything Mark Ronson does as "genius." He even calls Amy's stand-ins "the Winettes" at the end of the video. Why not just call them the "Why Nots?" Why not just move on to the next pretty young thing who can sing when the previous one falls out of commission? That's the way the machine gobbles people up, girls. Sorry.
