Sure, kicking the door down is a a good way to get everyone's attention, but Gucci Mane can't really keep it after the entrance. This video looks like it was shot at my old college apartment, and the only door kicking that went down there was due to drunkenness, not criminal behavior. Director Jordan Tower proves little other than he can press record on a handheld camera, and watching this gives me reason to suspect he didn't even do that. As far as the track goes, Gucci's bumbling lyrical penchant for rhyming stilted couplets by sticking "nigga" at the end of every line doesn't help the fact that whoever was behind the boards on "Kick a Door" doesn't know how to mix a vocal. Couldn't Gucci and Tower have at least thrown some nasty hookers into this lazy excuse for video?
