Dance-rock outfit VHS or Beta is slated to release it's next album, Bring on the Comets, August 28 via Astralwerks. We gave you some info on the album back here. What we've learned since then is that the majority of My Morning Jacket, including lead-singer Jim James, put in guest spots on the album. Comets, the follow-up to 2004's Night on Fire, is the first VHS or Beta album on which drummer Mark Guidry employed a more standard drum set, after using electronic percussion on earlier albums.
